Review “Billing Tools Dashboard”

  1. Select Billing from the left menu
  2. Review current billing details
  • Next account settlement:
    • Review the amount that will be settled into your account
  • Previous Settlement:
    • Review and compare the current settlement to the amount that was settled into your account on the last settlement date so you can see any fluctuations in the amounts.
  • Program Fees:
    • Review the total amount of children you have enrolled into programs and the total amount expected to collect for the current month from all enrolled to scheduled programs.
    • Select  ‘details’ in the top right corner of the box to expand a detailed list of every child  and their amount due enrolled in programs for that month
  • Unarranged program fees:
    • Review a list of children that have been enrolled into a program but do not have a payer associated with them.
    • Select  ‘details’ in the top right corner to view a detailed list of all children needing to have prayer associated with them.  (Example: who is paying for the program: mom, dad, grandma, etc)
  • Understanding Unarranged charges:
    • Review a list of all children that have charges applied to their account but do not have a payer associated to the payment.
    • Select ‘details’ in the top right corner to review a detailed list of all children with no associated payer for the charges.
  • Understanding Incidental fees
    • Review a details list of all children
  • Understanding Enrolled with no payment method:
    • Review a detailed list of all children enrolled in programs with associated payers but do not have a payment method associated with their account.
    • Select ‘details’ in the top right corner to review a detailed list of all children needing to have payment methods entered into their account
  • Understanding Active payment methods:
    • Review a list of all active payment methods you are accepting.
    • Review how many types of credit cards and how many different banks that are being used by your families.
  • Understanding your total amount collected for the month:
    • To the right of the billing dashboard, review the total collected currently for the month and compared to how much is still outstanding for the month.
    • Below review your graph to get a visual understanding of how much money is associated with what type of charge you collected.
      (Example: program fees, registration fees, late fees, additional days)
