1. Navigate to the profile for any child by typing their name in the top search bar or by going to the enrollment section in the main menu.
2. Click on “Forms and Reports”
3. All forms associated to the child’s profile will be visible, click on a form to expand it.
4. Review and make any required changes. Click Save or Cancel at the bottom of the form when complete.
5. The bottom of each form will also include all previously saved versions of the form if you need access to that data.
