- Select Settings
- Select CRM
- Select Embed Settings
- Select Inquiry Form or Application Form depending on which you want to embed on your website
- From the Application Form Customization Options select ‘Generate’
- Afterward, scroll down to the Embed Application/Inquiry Form section and provide the code there to your website technician.
- Once code is embedded, families will be able to directly access the form on your website and all completed forms will automatically be shown in the inquiry manager.
