How to create a new Inquiry entry in the CRM

  1. Navigate to CRM in the main menu on the left.
  2. Select the “New Inquiry” tab.
  3. Fill out the mandatory fields (as indicated by the *) and click “Submit”.
  4. Once you click “Submit” the system will automatically add and direct you to your Inquiry List.
