Configuring Accepted Payment Schedules
- Go to “Settings” in the top right-hand corner.
- Click on the “Billing” tab.
- Click on the “Payment Methods” tab.
- Identify all accepted payment schedule(s) that your center offers by clicking the checkbox beside it.
- Toggle on/off “Lock Schedules for All Locations” depending on if you want all locations at your organization to use these settings or allow each location to set their own payment method schedules.
- Toggle on/off “Allow Staff Autopay Toggling” – turning this ON will allow staff to toggle a payer’s autopay settings from the child’s billing dashboard.
