Health Check – Settings

56 views July 10, 2020 0

To access the Health Check settings page Click on Settings -> Features -> Health Check

There are three parts to the Health Check settings page.  Check your state/provincial requirements for to ensure you are using the correct list of observations.

Enabling Temperature Collection

Temperature Units – Select the unit of measure you would like to use for tracking temperatures.

Temperature Threshold – Set the maximum allowable temperature before check-ins are denied.  If a temperature entry exceeds this value the check-in will not be allowed and series of instructions defined by you will be shown on the tablet.

Health Check Form – When enabled the staff member will be forced to complete the Health Check form.
Note: Some states/provinces require this detailed health check so check with your licensor to determine your requirements.  When an entered temperature excesses the allowable value a Heath Check form will display automatically allowing you to record the details and symptoms.

Staff Protocol Instructions for Denied Check-Ins

Should your staff be forced to deny the entry of a child into the facility you can present them with customized on-screen directions on how to handle this sensitive situation.  If an elevated temperature is entered and check-in is denied these instructs will appear on screen to assist the staff member.
