Forecast into future dates to see available space in rooms

Select Enrollment from the left menu
Select Enrollment Manager
Filter the program and/or room and desired week of view
It will provide a detailed list of all children in that program and /or room, their individual schedules through that week, and your total enrollment vers capacity. You can scroll down to see a summary of the total enrollments in that program and/or room week by week into the future to know when you have available space, scheduled moves, and graduations so you can keep your classrooms full.
