- Select Enrollment from the left menu
- Select Enrollment Manager
- Filter the program and/or room to locate the child
- Select the child you wish to end care for
- Select End Program
- Specify the date you wish for the program to end and then click Continue.
- Enter the final charge date and charge if applicable and/or available security deposit. If none, then specify $0. Then click Continue.
- Enter the payer(s) and confirm the amount they are paying. Then click Continue.
- A pop-up will then show up to confirm end of program. Click Submit.
- The end of program will then show in the Upcoming Changes field for the child.
