- Navigate to the child’s profile (either through Enrollment or via the search bar at the top).
- Select Programs & Billing tab
- Select Credit tab
- Select the Payer in the drop-down menu
- Select “One Time” in the “Schedule” drop-down menu
- Enter the date.
- Enter the amount.
- Enter a description.
- Click “Apply Credit”.
- Once the credit has been created, it will show up in the Credit History section.
